If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. (PDRCI), or such other arbitration body as betg may designate. The seat of arbitration shall be Metro Manila, Philippines. The language of the proceedings shall be English.
Nothing in this clause prevents betg from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.
betg reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, betg will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where reasonably practicable, notify registered players via email or in-platform notification. Your continued use of betg after any amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
